Many of us cannot imagine starting a morning without a cup or mug of hot, aromatic coffee. Little black dress has a number of health properties, but, as probably any product used in excess can harm our bodies. Humanity values it for its characteristic taste and stimulant properties that coffee owes to caffeine. The problem arises when the cons of using this popular drink outweigh the pros.
Perhaps there will be a need to limit or give up coffee - what then? Of course, there are decaf coffees, but if you value morning rituals and quick stimulation, you may find yourself in a fix.
However, there are alternatives to coffee, equally tasty, healthy and ... And check it out yourself ?
It can be called an almost classic coffee replacement. Tea also contains caffeine, but green is relatively low. This drink has long been appreciated as very valuable because of its health-promoting properties. Green tea contains, among others L-Theanine, an amino acid that helps maintain concentration and reduces our body's stress response. This is why green tea stimulates (caffeine) and at the same time relaxes. In addition, "downhill" on the small green is much milder than on the small black.
A very good choice, because ginger effectively heats, thins the blood and improves circulation. It will help reduce cholesterol, which is elevated in passionate coffee lovers. In addition, it does not lower dopamine and serotonin levels, like the little black dress, and instead regulates cortisol (stress hormone) while stimulating our digestive system. In the autumn and winter mornings try to reach for green tea with the addition of grated ginger and your favorite honey and you will forget what the morning break is.
Matcha is a green tea powder that appears when young leaves are ground. It is an excellent substitute for coffee, because it stimulates effectively, but does not make us nervous - it does not wash out so many minerals. Like green tea, matcha is a wealth of L-theanine. There are also antioxidants that sweep free radicals out of our bodies.
Matcha has more than fresh fruit and vegetables, and its regular consumption lowers cholesterol and cleanses the body of toxins (thanks to chlorophyll). It has one more advantage - it has quite a lot of ... potassium.
Perhaps this is not a proposal for the cooler seasons, but in the summer it will work perfectly. Reaching for a morning or afternoon smoothie will give you a boost of energy thanks to sugars from fruits and vegetables, and will also saturate you by replacing breakfast or afternoon tea. A cocktail of minerals and vitamins, fiber and easily digestible protein - these are the advantages of this, perhaps at first glance, replacement of the morning black dress. Vegetable mixes should be seasoned with turmeric and pepper - they give an extra kick and affect metabolism.
It is a type of fermented black tea, which, due to the process it has undergone, contains probiotics, acetic acid and actoxidants. All this will be good for our health, and the properties of black tea can be quite effective. Unlike excess coffee, it has been proven that deigning a kombucha reduces cholesterol and regulates glucose levels in people with diabetes, which is its undoubted additional advantage.
A drink gaining more and more fans can also be a great coffee substitute. Especially for those who like a kick of energy, but not as strong as a small espresso. Yerba mate is a source of theobromine - a substance found in ... chocolate, and this is also a natural stimulant. However, it gives a slightly longer feeling of stimulation (although more delicate). This South American coffee substitute is also an antioxidant bomb that, unlike coffee, lowers blood pressure and is cardioprotective.

WATER WITH LEMON. It could not be missing from our list and who knows if it is just the best substitute for coffee - it gives an instant kick and there is no classic coffee feeling, the subsequent feeling of "comedown". This drink will perfectly stimulate our intestines to the morning toilet, and the richness of vitamin C will cause that our immune system will have the armor attached to the last sheet. In addition, water with lemon (e.g. juice from a squeezed half lemon) is a great way to hydrate, and coffee works just the opposite - it is a diuretic.
