Hypersensitivity to the active substance, other NSAIDs or any of the excipients; if substances with a similar mode of action (e.g. acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs) trigger an attack of asthma, bronchospasm, acute rhinitis or cause nasal polyps, urticaria or angioedema; history of photoallergic or phototoxic reactions during treatment with ketoprofen or fibrates; gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, related to a history of previous NSAID therapy; active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal haemorrhage or any history of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration or perforation; chronic indigestion; the presence of other active bleeding or bleeding disorders; Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis; severe heart failure; moderate or severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance ≤ 59 mL / min; severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh score 10-15); haemorrhagic diathesis and other blood coagulation disorders; severe dehydration (due to vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake), the third trimester of pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding.
