Information obligation – telephone contact

Below we provide information on how we process your personal data in connection with telephone calls.

Personal data administrator

In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform you that the Controller of your personal data is Solinea sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ciecierzyn (21-003) Elizówka, ul. Szafranowa 6, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Lublin – East in Lublin with its registered office in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001038630 and Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7123284694.

The purpose of processing personal data

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of telephone communication and building a list of contacts in the memory of devices used for communication – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR, in order to fulfil orders, present an offer, accept or provide information.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data are made available to third parties if it is necessary for the purposes specified in this information. Such entities may include, in particular, entities cooperating with the Administrator, including entities that provide IT, legal, accounting, audit and evaluation services for the Administrator’s activities. In the case of implementation of projects financed from external sources, your personal data may be made available to entities that finance the project, for reporting and control purposes.

The period during which personal data will be processed

No data will be stored with the exception of a list of recent calls and a list of contacts within the device used to process data.

Rights related to the processing of personal data

At any time, to the extent permitted by the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access to your personal data and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your personal data,
  • deletion of data – if in your opinion there is no basis for processing your data, you may request their deletion,
  • restrictions on data processing – you may request that the processing of your data be restricted solely to its storage or performance of actions agreed with you, if the data is incorrect or processed without justification,
  • object to data processing – you have the right to object to data processing based on a legitimate interest; you should indicate the specific situation that justifies discontinuing the processing covered by the objection (we will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we prove that the basis for our data processing overrides your rights or that your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend claims),
  • data portability – you have the right to receive the personal data provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you may also instruct us to send this data directly to another entity,
  • You may lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw

Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization

Part of the processing of your personal data may involve their transfer to third countries in connection with the use of tools that store personal data on servers located in countries other than Poland. The providers of these tools guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data through appropriate compliance mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular through the use of standard contractual clauses.

Personal data is stored on servers located in third countries primarily in the scope of all data processed within Google services, the provider of which is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Ireland Limited ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data by applying compliance mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

Information about automated decision-making

You will not be subject to decisions made in an automated manner (without human intervention). Your personal data will also not be used for profiling.

Information on the requirement/voluntariness of providing data

Providing your personal data is a condition for initiating a telephone conversation as part of the services provided by our company.
